This is the web site of the Glenbrook Neighborhood Association. Our association represents the interests of  the residents of Glenbrook.  Overall, our objectives relate to beautification and improvement of our streets and public areas.

 

The Annual Meeting for all members is held at 7:30 pm on the second Tuesday in June at the Glenbrook Community Center, 35 Crescent St., 2nd floor. Quarterly general meetings are held the second Tuesday in September, January, and March. The officers and steering committee also meet on an ad hoc basis. Members are welcome to attend these meetings and should call Gloria for details.

Hope Street Improvement—Public Information Meeting

 

Save the date of Wednesday, June 24th for a Public Information Meeting about Hope Street improvements between Weed Hill Avenue and Northill St.

 

The meeting will be held at 7 pm in the Springdale School Auditorium. This concerns the long awaited project of Hope Street roadway geometry, alignment, AND sidewalk improvements between Weed Hill Avenue and Northhill Street.  This project also includes the widening of the Camp Avenue, Hope Street intersection allowing a passing lane from North to South on Hope.   The  meeting is  sponsored by the City of Stamford Office of Operations Engineering Bureau.  Funds from the State of CT. are  in place.
